FAQ

What else do you offer apart from protecting me against snooping ?

We offer a one-stop support service for all your computer or smartphone problems. Most of all, we will make sure that your system functions as it should, so all you have to do is switch it on. And once glitches or general malfunctions occur, we are there for you to solve the problem; coming to your house or office whenever you have the need.

What is IT-Security ?

IT-Security means to raise your defences on everything that relates to your computer system or smartphone. This includes all your hardware (desktop / laptop / tablet; printers and of course routers/modems); internal components (harddisk/SSD; motherboards, memory et al); as well as all the software you work with.
It also means protecting your activity when online – or when your computer is connected to the internet – emails, chats, browsing, internet searches and so forth. Finally, it means adapting your behaviour and actions when you are working with the computer.

What can you do for me ?

We stand for Anti-Snooping and will help you to prevent any attacks against your privacy as well as protect your data. We well also be at the ready when you need to make your computer or smartphone function as it should, without any glitches or snafus; or even when your system crashes.

Can you give me 100% protection ?

No; but we can get you close. It is no longer possible to achieve a total “ring-fencing” of your system; if governmental hackers such as the NSA decide they are interested in your doings, they will succeed eventually (although with my protection in place, this could take months). However, we shall raise your defences to such an extent that any cyber-attacker will have to expend inordinate amounts of time & energy – also money – so that in almost all cases they will decide to move elsewhere, to a situation that is less difficult for them.
